Nope, AE4 bonus room stopped dropping faction loot long ago and I've never heard of an Overseer spawning in there for years. Perhaps you got it mixed up with World's Collide?

Soloing 0.0 rats in an Enyo is actually pretty efficient. The only real downside to it is your small cargo capacity for precious BS sized loots.
